Staff sign-in has a second step, and you decide who must use it.
Staff see only what their role allows.
Nobody sees everything by accident.
Everything sensitive leaves a trail.
Important actions are recorded, so you can always answer "who did what, and when".
Uploaded files are checked.
Documents are screened before they reach parents.
AI is optional and under your control.
It is off by default, and your staff always decide what is published.
Videos stay on YouTube or Vimeo.
We do not host or copy them.

If you leave
Your data belongs to your school
If you leave, you can request a full copy of the school's data, and it is then permanently deleted. We will walk you through the process in the demo.
